SKG: A Semantic Spherical Multidimensional Telemetry Substrate
Abstract
This work introduces SKG (Semantic Spherical Multidimensional Telemetry Substrate), a non-agentic, field-based representational framework for modeling information, systems, and ethics. SKG treats information as conserved telemetry rather than interpreted meaning. Observations enter the substrate as discrete, immutable, time-bound telemetry placed across multiple orthogonal dimensions without hierarchy or prioritization. Constraints describe which interactions between telemetry are structurally possible; they do not enforce outcomes or remove information. System properties do not exist intrinsically but emerge as conditional, viewpoint-relative projections when sufficient telemetry, dimensional alignment, and non-blocking constraints coincide. The framework is intentionally non-operational. It does not define algorithms, decision systems, optimization procedures, or enforcement mechanisms. It does not claim performance characteristics or implementation guarantees. Instead, it establishes a representational physics intended to support future formalization, computational instantiation, and domain-specific application without collapsing into agent-based or policy-driven models. The paper includes: A formal definition of SKG as a multidimensional semantic substrate Invariants and laws governing telemetry, projection, and constraint interaction A dimensional model preserving non-privileged axes of representation A projection model describing emergence and reversible collapse A constraint model distinguishing structural and conditional interaction shaping An applied demonstration in vulnerability analysis as a use case of projection SKG is proposed as a foundational substrate upon which multiple implementations may later be derived. This publication represents the canonical theoretical articulation of the system at version 1.0.
