Abstract

This paper presents the Spacetime Viscosity and Centrifugal Force (SVCF) framework, a parameter-free unified field theory that derives 21 physical domains from a single master equation (∇·Π + D[χ] = 0) operating on a 37-dimensional manifold. Four constants — B = 32/33, Γ = 1/2857, Ψ = √2−1, and K_TD = 11,100 — are derived from manifold topology with zero free parameters.Key results include: (1) a first-principles derivation of the leptonic CP phase (sin δ_CP = −0.903, matching T2K/NOvA 2025 data); (2) prediction of the non-gravitational acceleration of interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (1.91 × 10⁻⁵ m/s², 96.8% accuracy vs JPL observed value), pre-registered November 16, 2025 before December observational confirmation; (3) elimination of dark matter for galactic rotation curves (223 km/s predicted vs 220 ± 10 km/s observed); and (4) exact recovery of the turbulence transition Reynolds number (Re_c = 2857).The framework makes specific, falsifiable predictions for the 3I/ATLAS Jupiter encounter on March 16, 2026, including perijove-Hill radius coincidence, persistent non-gravitational acceleration beyond the CO₂ sublimation limit, and 3-fold vortex jet symmetry. This upload timestamps these predictions prior to the encounter. Includes reproducible Python simulation code.
