Abstract

A Python library for compact binary encoding inspired by DCCL (Dynamic Compact Control Language) from GobySoft. Designed for bandwidth-constrained communications, particularly underwater acoustic modems. Built on Pydantic v2 with DCCL-style bounded field optimization for minimal message sizes.
