Abstract

The gravitational effects attributed to "dark matter" in galaxies can be explained by the Clustering Coefficient C(r) from network theory. In dense regions (high C), gravity follows visible matter normally, while in sparse regions (low C), network effects amplify gravitational attraction. The characteristic acceleration scale g† corresponds to a topological phase transition between these regimes, providing a geometric foundation for the empirical success of NFW profiles and MOND.
