Anatomy of Fragility: A Collection of Neuro-Existential Prose and Literary Fragments
Abstract
This monograph presents a collection of 43 literary fragments and lyrical prose pieces by Cefiyana, exploring the intersection between human fragility, physical laws, and social reality. The work is characterized by a unique "neuro-existential" narrative style. The author employs scientific metaphors—ranging from the Second Law of Thermodynamics and Quantum Probability to biological functions of the Amygdala and Mitochondria—to dissect complex emotional states, trauma, and the search for self-identity. Beyond personal introspection, this collection serves as a critique of structural violence. It includes specific reflections on the educational system and poverty, memorializing the tragedy of YBS in Ngada, East Nusa Tenggara, where "sheets of reason" (books) became a barrier to life itself. The manuscript concludes with theological contemplation through the personification of "The Index Finger" (Sang Telunjuk), examining the absolute will and the concept of the void (ketiadaan) in the human experience.
