This release contains the code used for the analyses presented in our Nature Communications manuscript, "Exposome-wide patterns predict brain health in aging". It includes brain age prediction, brain age gap calculation, characterization of the brain age gap using exposome variables, and, finally, SHAP-based feature importance analyses. This version corresponds to the code used for the accepted manuscript and is archived for reproducibility purposes.
