LUCIANO MAGALDI SARDELLA HCL TECHNOLOGIES - GOOGLE IRELAND - FULL-TIME PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This document is the full-time permanent contract of employment for Luciano Magaldi as Technical Support Officer with HCL (Ireland) Information Systems Limited (supporting Google Ireland operations) based at Block 8, East Point Business Park, Dublin, commencing 8 August 2016. It specifies a gross annual salary of €28,000 plus a performance-related bonus of up to €2,000, a 6-month probationary period (extendable to 11 months), 37.5-hour rotating shifts across a 7-day operation, 20 days annual leave plus up to 9 public holidays, 3% employer PRSA pension contribution (after 6 months, matched by employee), standard Irish notice periods, confidentiality and exclusivity obligations, and various company policies.
