Abstract

This survey, developed under PARC Task 8.2, is designed for stakeholders of Early Warning Systems (EWS) or other early response systems dealing with chemical threats. Its purpose is to gather insights that will enhance our understanding of stakeholders' expectations and needs related to an EWS.
