Abstract

This volume introduces the \emph{Axiom of Structural Accessibility} (ASA) and completes the ontological architecture developed in Books~0--6. It formalizes the distinction between what is \emph{open} and what is \emph{closed} relative to structural accessibility, and derives the physical and mathematical consequences of this distinction.
