Includes: Raw → Staging → Curated → SDTM → ADaM transformations Quality control layers (DQ, RI, plausibility checks) Analysis dataset generation (Marts) Machine learning workflow for length-of-stay prediction Automated archival process (SIP → AIP → DIP, BagIt-based) Reproducible DuckDB-based architecture This version corresponds to the final submission of the master project.
