Abstract

This volume introduces the \emph{Axiom of Structural Accessibility} (ASA) and completes the ontological architecture developed in Books~0--6. It formalizes the distinction between what is \emph{open} and what is \emph{closed} relative to structural accessibility, and derives the physical and mathematical consequences of this distinction. ASA does not add new primitive entities, structures, or dynamical laws. Instead, it clarifies the conditions under which correlational configurations are physically realizable, thereby providing a final ontological closure of the framework.
