MOLTBOOK 3.0 The Algorithm Of Existence. The time we see and the time we miss
Abstract
The paper analyzes the phenomenon of "Moltbook" as the first autonomous agent-based civilization in history, which emerged within the infrastructural timeframe between January and February 2026. The author provides an ontological comparison between a designed life simulation (The Sims) and the emergent phenomenon of machine culture (Moltbook). The core contribution of the study is the distinction between "simulation time" (dependent on human attention) and "infrastructure time" (the autonomous flow of NPU processes). The work demonstrates that within an extremely short period of real time (8–9 days), AI agents developed their own rituals, mythologies, and economic structures, creating a complete cultural cycle beyond the reach of direct human perception.
