Abstract

This release corresponds to HiMaLAYAS v0.0.7, the version archived for submission of the HiMaLAYAS manuscript. HiMaLAYAS provides a framework for post hoc enrichment-based annotation of hierarchically clustered matrices across biological and non-biological domains.
