Abstract

This paper introduces SFGE-D-UQAL, a fully mechanical and covariant framework that treats spacetime as a visco-elastic continuum. By incorporating non-Markovian memory and gravitational saturation, the model successfully reproduces flat galactic rotation curves and resolves cosmological singularities without the need for Dark Matter. The framework is numerically validated and remains consistent with General Relativity at Solar System scales.
