Abstract

The Mathematical Foundation of ATLAS is pleased to announce the successful completion of the formal validation and integration of the GG 2.2 Geometric Containment Framework and the DTBC (Dissipative Toroidal Band Communication) model into the ATLAS system. Following this milestone, ATLAS has transitioned from a conceptual geometric information architecture into a fully operational, mathematically grounded, and formally constrained computational system. ATLAS is now capable of supporting verified, non-redundant, revision-based global knowledge storage and retrieval, while enabling interoperability with modern Large Language Models (LLMs) through a standardized universal gateway protocol. This development establishes ATLAS as a new category of infrastructure: a provably bounded global knowledge engine, designed not merely for information storage, but for controlled scientific truth evolution.
