Abstract

This patch closes three remaining interface-level gaps in the CDIP v3.* theoretical line: (i) a minimal auditable construction of a transport connection ∇ (“∇-MIN”) for the non-commutative enrichment line; (ii) a policy-committed mapping from divergence signals to alerts/INAD without verdict lifting (“DIV-POLICY”); (iii) a one-page alignment table that prevents epoch evolution (A10) from bypassing the Telomere event boundary (“EPOCH↔TELOMERE”). This patch is NI-2 compliant: it is strictly additive, read-only to sealed layers, and emits alerts-only artifacts.
