Abstract

This article focuses on the views of Yusuf Khos Hajib on the management of the state, the duties of a person in a leadership position, and gives examples. In addition, the essence of the epic “Kutadgu Bilig” created by Yusuf Khos Hajib and the role of this work today are described.
