Abstract

The exploration of the nature of gravity has always been a central issue in physics and cosmology. Although Newton's law of gravity and general relativity explain gravitational phenomena from the perspectives of mass and spacetime geometry, respectively, they have failed to reveal its underlying origin and the internal mechanism of gravitational differentiation of celestial bodies. Based on the constant temperature T₀=2.735 K of the cosmic microwave background radiation measured by NASA's Planck satellite with high accuracy, this paper proposes the hypothesis of gravity caused by temperature difference, assuming that there is a globally uniform quantum vacuum background field in cosmic space. Through the extension of thermodynamic logic, it is deduced that the nature of gravity is the action of the centripetal pressure field transformed by the temperature difference between the hot pole of celestial core and the cold pole of cosmic background through the quantum vacuum background field. On this basis, a quantitative formula gₙ=k·ΔTₙ·Rₖ·Hₖ for the gravitational intensity on the surface of a celestial body is constructed. Using the authoritative detection data of NASA, SDSS, and the Hubble Space Telescope, the global temperature difference-pressure field conversion constant k≈1.745×10⁻⁵ m·s⁻²·K⁻¹ is calibrated by the ultra-high-precision back-calculation data of the Sun, and then the galaxy-level fitting verification is completed for 6 types of typical celestial bodies in the Milky Way. The results show that the deviation of the k value of the high-precision back-calculated celestial body from the calibrated value is ≤±0.4%. After including the core temperature error, the Earth, the Moon, Pluto and Ceres still converge within the astronomical observation error (±20%), and there is no counterexample in the full sample. With the "dual-temperature pole driven pressure field" as the core, this hypothesis realizes the underlying integration of thermodynamics and gravity, provides a new perspective for the exploration of the nature of gravity, and lays a theoretical foundation for anti-gravity technology and cosmology research.
