Cross-Scale Performance of a Spiral-Time Phase Operator: Model-Dependent Evidence Consistent with a Quasicrystalline Host
Abstract
We study a spiral-time phase operator ∆ϕ used within the Helix–Light–Vortexframework and assess whether its cross-scale performance (vacuummodulation scaling, neurodynamic regime transitions, and CMB phase anomalies) constitutes evidence for an underlying quasicrystalline cut-andproject host. We provide (i) an explicit operator definition and identifiability conditions, (ii) a hypothesis–prediction–test structure across micro/meso/macro domains, and (iii) falsification and null-test criteria. We emphasize a key methodological distinction: successful prediction by ∆ϕ validates an effective dynamical description, while the inference to a specific lattice ontology remains model-dependent and must be supported by latticespecific signatures and out-of-sample tests.
