Quantum Simulation of Preventive Efficacy in Bipolar Disorder Type II: A 72-Qubit Scale Analysis of HR 0.57
Abstract
Principal Investigator: Igor Villela Marroni Contact: igorvmarroni@gmail.com This work presents an early conceptual framework linking preventive mental health efficacy metrics with emerging quantum-inspired simulation architectures. Starting from a central preventive risk-reduction estimate (Hazard Ratio = 0.57), derived from quasi-experimental triangulation across large population datasets (NHANES/MEPS), the model explores how causal probabilities may be formally encoded through quantum-compatible probability rotations and circuit logic. The purpose of this deposit is not to claim definitive proof or immediate clinical implementation, but rather to document a scientific horizon: the possibility that, in the coming decades, quantum-scale microsimulation and ecological modeling may dramatically expand the capacity of preventive psychology to anticipate psychopathological trajectories and intervene before severe disorders consolidate. Within this perspective, the 5th Force, proposed by Igor Villela Marroni, is introduced as a hybrid paradigm of primary prevention, in which AI-driven ecological prevention and specialized coaching operate upstream of clinical deterioration. Since a depressive episode is often a prerequisite for Bipolar II development, stabilizing Major Depressive Episodes early may reduce the probability of diagnostic conversion. This Zenodo record aims to register one of the first explicit articulations between preventive psychology and the future landscape of quantum-inspired simulation in mental health research.
