Active Particles Moving on Adjustable Networks
Abstract
This release contains the simulation code used in the study: Transport Properties of Active Particles Moving on Adjustable NetworksWilliam G. C. Oropesa, P. de Castro, Hartmut Löwen, Danilo B. Liarte Associated publication ArXiv: https://arxiv.org/abs/2602.04732 Overview This repository provides a CUDA-based implementation for simulating active particles moving on dynamically adjustable networks. The code includes numerical tools to study transport properties. Main Features GPU-accelerated simulation of active particle dynamics Adaptive network evolution rules Transport observables measurement Reproducibility This version corresponds to the code used to generate the numerical results reported in the associated manuscript. Example parameters and scripts are included to facilitate reproduction of the main results. Requirements CUDA Toolkit GCC and NVCC compilers Data Availability Simulation datasets are provided in the Zenodo archive associated with this release.
