Abstract

Project Critical — A contract-grade test overlay that turns “no heat loss” transport claims in engineered fractional quantum materials into a replayable certification object: define a dissipation proxy and null band up front, freeze the pad (window_hash), enforce tokens-only replay, charge missingness as zeros that remain zeros with SoZ/yield accounting, and apply tightening-only stress (bias/temperature/detune/polarity/direction) plus disable-link and cutoff/backflow isolation so MAP can deterministically promote, downgrade, or refuse the claim without hidden window travel; the result is a portable, falsifier-first branch map that distinguishes robust dissipationless flow from delicate windows, proxy coupling, contact artifacts, and selection-driven stability stories.
