Abstract

Differential gene expression analysis of thyroid hormone (T3) effects for Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) research. This study compares hypothyroid (no T3 vs control) and hyperthyroid (high T3 vs control) conditions to identify gene regulation patterns relevant to thyroid hormone disruption.
