Abstract

We present TVS23—a complete reformulation of physics based on a finite algebraic network: 23 helicoidal channels with dodecahedral symmetry (A₅), supporting 19 transverse torsional modes. We derive: (1) electron anomalous moment a_e to 15 decimal places from 19/23²; (2) gravitational constant G to 0.01% precision from 23⁻³⁹; (3) Neptune-Triton anomaly η = 15/17 (0.34% error); (4) Kuiper Cliff at 50.12 AU as 5:3 resonance; (5) heliopause at 120.28 AU as 8:1 resonance; (6) Local Bubble at 90 pc (0.11% error). All results follow from finite algebra in the differential ring Wexp/T—no limits, no renormalization, no spacetime continuum. General Relativity and QED are recovered as coarse-grained limits, but ontologically gravity is discrete torsion, not continuous curvature.
