Abstract
R script to analyze oxidation data from the Indicator Amino Acid Oxidation (IAAO) method for linear mixed-effects model, biphasic linear mixed-effects model, and non-linear exponential decay mixed-effects model. Model fits are compared using AIC or AICc. Model predictions are generated to plot the respective model fits.
