Abstract

sce_annotated object: This dataset contains the processed SingleCellExperiment object used for the analysis of all CD11b+Gr1+ cells. The object includes normalized counts, dimensional reductions, clustering annotations, and metadata used in the associated manuscript. sce_neutro object: This dataset contains the processed SingleCellExperiment object used for the analysis of subsetted neutrophil subpopulations. The object includes normalized counts, dimensional reductions, clustering annotations, and metadata used in the associated manuscript.
