The Journey to the Single Admissible Sequence: From 7,473 Futures to One: A Structural Admissibility Result
Abstract
This analysis examines the January state‑sequence data by treating each 15‑step segment as a discrete object subject to structural, positional, and higher‑order constraints. The goal was not to model the system’s dynamics, but to determine which sequences remain admissible once the empirically observed non‑Markovian features are enforced. Beginning with 7,473 Markov‑legal futures, a sequence of independent filters was applied: corridor constraints, higher‑order motif requirements, state and transition exclusions, harmonic structure checks, and a final motif discriminator. Each gate removed the majority of candidates. After all constraints were imposed, only a single sequence remained, identical to the observed entry_path. The result indicates that the entry_path is not one of many comparable Markovian trajectories, but the unique sequence consistent with the full set of structural conditions present in the data.
