Abstract

This dataset documents a naturally occurring interaction sequence between a quantum error correction software developer (Slade, T.) and a community curator (Rawson, K.) on the Zenodo open science platform. The primary subject demonstrates a clinically remarkable inability to distinguish between executable software archives and academic documents, while simultaneously claiming expert-level QLDPC code review capability despite categorically refusing to open the submitted ZIP file. This paradox, herein termed the "Pencil Pusher Effect," represents a significant contribution to the emerging field of Curatorial Dysfunction Studies.
