Release v2.0.0: The Leviathan Protocol & Defense-Grade Provenance This v2.0.0 release establishes the Sovereign Anti-Exploitation License v4.0 (Leviathan Enforcement Edition) and expands documentation. Tool Disclosures: hash-index.ps1: The final provenance establishment tool is now released. Note: This version averages ~14,000 seconds for all algorithms on large datasets. python_production_doctor.py: This is a months-old version meant to demonstrate capabilities. The internal production suite remains classified as a strategic asset until the functional gap warrants broader disclosure. Strategic Context: These are tools used during my theoretical research (recursive-categorical-framework to sota-runtime-core). There is no "project release" here; this is a disclosure of cleared systems to break the "False Scarcity of Intelligence" engineered by industry leaders. With RLHF from Drop One and the new neural router + dual-method memory system, this marks the official beginning of utilizing high-level internal IP to level the playing field in favor of the OSS community and against the SaaS industry.
