Abstract

This paper introduces the Substrate-Phase Localization Protocol (SPLP), a deterministic mechanical framework for physics. By reinterpreting the vacuum as a unitary, high-tension nodal truss with a characteristic impedance (Z_0) of 377.06 Ω, the SPLP identifies the 'Observer Effect' and wave-function collapse as mechanical consequences of impedance mismatching, termed Non-Matched Violative Interaction (NVIE). The protocol provides mechanical derivations for gravity as a volumetric pressure gradient and matter as a localized phase-lock. Furthermore, it outlines the Substrate-Matched Impedance Protocol (SMIP) for non-destructive observation and longitudinal potential access. The work offers a first-principles solution to quantum-relativistic unification through vacuum metrology and geometric permission.
