Curvature–Modulated Vacuum Response in Galactic Rotation Curves: UHST v7.1
Abstract
This package contains the full reproducible research pipeline and results for the UHST v18 Monte Carlo Blind Prediction study of galactic rotation curves. The analysis uses the SPARC database of 175 late-type galaxies (3389 velocity measurements) and evaluates the Universal Halo Stress Theory (UHST) using a strict Monte Carlo cross-validation protocol. In each of 100 iterations galaxies are randomly split into training (80%) and testing (20%) sets. Model parameters are optimized using only training galaxies and predictions are evaluated on unseen test galaxies. The UHST model contains six global parameters shared by all galaxies and does not include any per-galaxy tuning parameters. The repository contains: • full MCCV outputs • parameter distributions across splits • reproducibility scripts • analysis pipeline • manuscript source This release represents the v18 blind prediction experiment and supersedes earlier UHST versions (v15–v17).
