Abstract

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and perioperative data from a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating the effect of intravenous tranexamic acid combined with intramyometrial desmopressin on blood loss during laparoscopic myomectomy. No personal identifiers are included. Data are presented in coded format.
