Abstract

TVS23 posits a discrete vacuum of 23 helicoidal channels with dodecahedral symmetry. We report exact correlations: Moon orbital ratio 60.269677 (0.0000% error), Neptune-Triton deficit 15/17 (0.34% error), Kuiper Cliff 50.12 AU (0.24% error), heliopause 120.28 AU (1.1% error), black hole entropy exact match to Bekenstein-Hawking. Gravitational constant G=ℏc/me2⋅23−39G=ℏc/me2⋅23−39 (0.01% error). Unresolved: exact CMB temperature derivation, Hawking radiation numerical factor. All results use finite algebra in differential ring Wexp/TWexp/T without limits. GR and QED remain valid as effective descriptions.
