Abstract

This work presents a novel perspective on the nature of light, introducing the concept of \textit{intrinsic velocity} along the oscillatory wave path, distinct from the apparent straight-line speed. By redefining the speed of light as the ultimate inertial motion of a massless particle, this framework provides a coherent explanation for phenomena such as redshift, the behavior of light near black holes, and the relationship between electrons and photons. The two-layer model—separating observed projection speed and intrinsic wave-propagation speed—allows intuitive and geometrical interpretations of observational data without contradicting the principle of light speed invariance. This approach also visualizes the continuum between electrons and light in terms of wave density, offering a new perspective on fundamental particle hierarchies.
