ΔΦ BIOELECTRIC FALSIFIABILITY FRAMEWORK v1.1 Tiered Experimental Validation of Gradient-Driven Transition Systems
Abstract
This paper introduces a tiered falsifiability framework for evaluating whether the Mitchell Equation (ΔΦ = ρ × v) provides measurable predictive value in biological, cognitive, and transition-dynamics systems. The framework defines immediate, mechanistic, and cross-domain experimental tiers with explicit failure criteria and parameter target ranges. The goal is to enable independent laboratories to test ΔΦ predictions using existing instrumentation while maintaining compatibility with established domain models.
