Abstract
This record provides a frozen snapshot of the publicly available reference database required by run_dbcan v5.1.2. The content was downloaded using the official run_dbcan database utility and archived on 2025-08-01 to ensure workflow reproducibility after recurring upstream download failures observed in late 2025. The database is redistributed unmodified and remains the intellectual property of their respective authors and consortium.
