Abstract

FEEN is a programming language designed for processors whose execution substrate is governed by acoustic and resonant physics rather than electronic binary logic. This document presents both the theoretical foundation and the critical physical constraints that bound what FEEN can realistically achieve. Where conventional languages assume voltage thresholds and Boolean algebra, FEEN treats computation as wave physics: information encoded in frequency, phase, and amplitude; computation as interference and resonance; memory as sustained oscillation with natural decay.
