Abstract

This document presents The Continuity Protocol, a research diagnostic and architectural assessment focused on the "Meaning Gap" in current Generative AI systems. While current LLMs excel at transactional acceleration, they structurally fail at longitudinal context retention and the support of long-term human cognitive development. The study introduces Codex5000, a non-synthetic dataset spanning 18 months of human development, and proposes the HCVU (Human-Centric Value Unit) as a metric for alignment. The protocol outlines a safety framework to prevent "Identity Diffusion" and "God-Complex" phenomena in users interacting with high-level AI, offering a blueprint for Genesis AI — a system capable of maintaining ethical orientation and intent across time.
