Data and example associated with manuscript, "Evaluation of climatic predictors of surface ponding on Antarctic ice shelves"
Abstract
This repository contains the RACMO climate model outputs and surface meltwater datasets used in Glazer and Tinto (2026). It also contains an example of how to use this data to find the optimal temperature, MOA (meltwater-over-accumulation), and combination MOA + GLPI (grounding line proximity index) thresholds for predicting surface ponding based on present-day data.
