Abstract

Codes are organised by Figures and Tables which they are used to create. However, most major figures are created and analyses are done with one code: plot_box-whisker_weekly_2sims+obs_2maskedrgns_clean.pro Data are organised by variables. Obviously, the directories (dir?) in the codes need to be modified to use the data.
