FRC 808.201 - Emergent Force Laws in Scalar Coherence Fields: A Thermodynamic Derivation
Abstract
Recent proposals for a scalar coherence field (Λ) governing quantum state evolution [Servat, FRC 100.007] suggest that coherence is a physically conserved quantity conjugate to entropy. This paper explores the dynamical consequences of this framework for macroscopic bodies. By applying the entropic force formalism (F = T∇S) to the entropy-coherence reciprocity relation defined in FRC 100.001, we derive an emergent force term proportional to the gradient of the Λ-field. We demonstrate that in regions of high coherence density, this force acts attractively, mimicking gravitational dynamics. This derivation suggests that the anomalous rotation curves of galaxies (typically attributed to Dark Matter) may instead be described as fluid-dynamic effects of vacuum coherence gradients. We propose a laboratory experiment using high-finesse optical cavities to detect this coherence-induced force at mesoscopic scales.
