Когда близость становится риском: почему секс исчезает из современной жизни
Abstract
Annotation This paper explores the transformation of intimacy and sexuality in contemporary society. The decline of sexual closeness is interpreted not as a biological reduction, but as a sociocultural shift shaped by fear, rationalization, and the ideology of autonomy. The article argues that desire is increasingly perceived as risk, and emotional dependence as weakness, which gradually erodes deep human connection. Drawing on sociological reflection, the text examines how digital environments, economic structures, and cultural narratives normalize isolation while presenting it as freedom. The crisis of intimacy is framed as part of a broader crisis of trust, identity, and belonging. The restoration of intimacy does not imply the rejection of boundaries, but the re-establishment of distinctions between desire and coercion, warmth and dependency, vulnerability and fragility. Intimacy appears not as a default social norm, but as a deliberate and demanding human choice.
