Abstract

An evaluation of the current practice of green human resource management (HRM) in Latvian higher education institutions will be carried out, identifying both to what extent the Green HRM functions influence the higher education institutions` staff green behavior, and HRM functions that need to be improved to implement green HRM for sustainable development of higher education institutions.
