Abstract

This Excel-based calculation tool was developed to facilitate the application of the pressure index designed to quantify anthropogenic pressures on mountain lakes. The spreadsheet allows users to input pressure levels for each predefined variable and automatically computes the final index score using embedded formulas. This tool ensures a standardized, transparent, and reproducible calculation process.
