Abstract

10.5281/zenodo.18625078 Analysis of 651 cosmic voids and 175 SPARC galaxies reveals universal numericalconstants: κ = 8/9 and α = 4/3. Statistical significance: 8.2σ. A geometricinterpretation is proposed.
