Ornithofauna of tracts of the Ingulets forest plot (Kherson region) in breeding period. - P.S. Panchenko, K.A. Redinov, O.A. Formanyuk. - Avifauna of Ukraine. 11. 2025. - The Ingulets forest plantations, consisting of three tracts, were established in the valley of the Ingulets River in the 19th and early 20th centuries. During next years, the forest was also planted in other areas between the tracts. The first ornithofaunistic survey of this area was carried out in 1936–1938, the second in 1967. On May 27–28, 2018, we surveyed the Novodmytrivsky forest, the adjacent stands of the Veliko-Oleksandrivsky Forest and the Inhulets River valley. Based on literature and our own data, faunal lists of birds recorded during the reproductive period were compiled. In total, 60 species have been discovered. Since 1938, at least 20 new breeding species have appeared, and minimum nine species have ceased nesting. [Ukrainian].
