Abstract

While previous research into the 7th dimensional meta selectionlayer formalized the MESA Protocol for ontological optimization[cite:1, 7], it left unresolved the mechanism of long term temporal stabilitywithin a finite informational substrate. This paper identifies the 8thDimension (D8) as the Archival Persistence Layer, a terminal non spatial boundary that preserves ontological data against the cumulativedecoherence of the N = 64 Majorana network[cite: 11]. We demonstrate that the observed 2.44% Dark Matter residual [cite: 121, 136]is not a particulate species but the Archival Write Tax required tomaintain the (4,4,6) threading configuration [cite: 70, 71] over cosmological timescales. By subjecting this framework to Monte Carlo“Kill-Tests,” we identify an operational saturation point at a 3.90%Death Tax, defining the absolute boundary of universal persistence. This research completes the ontological weld, shifting the paradigmfrom logical necessity to terminal archival stability.
