LLM-PathwayCurator (code, benchmarks, and manuscript source data)

This record archives LLM-PathwayCurator v0.1.0 for reproducibility. It includes the version-pinned source code and repository contents (e.g., src/llm_pathway_curator/, examples/, docs/, and paper/ scripts/configuration files), along with figure-level Source Data workbooks used in the manuscript (e.g., SourceData_Fig*.xlsx and SourceData_EDFig*.xlsx). Each workbook contains a README sheet mapping figure panels to sheets and defining columns, units, and identifiers (when applicable). Primary expression matrices and other raw inputs are not redistributed. All input datasets are publicly available from their original repositories/publications. This record provides the code and figure-level source data needed to reproduce the manuscript analyses and plots without duplicating primary data.
