Abstract

This study measures the neurophysiologic impact of community-based environmental and cultural interventions on attendees' well-being using a portable EEG device (MyndPlay). It explores the link between mental health and cultural events, showing significant increases in Alpha brain waves and the Alpha/Beta index post-intervention. These results indicate enhanced relaxation and mental clarity among participants (aged 18-23) while maintaining attention.
