If Now a State Is Not Capable of Receiving Its Email, It Means It Is Not Functional, and Is Simply a Simulacrum
Abstract
I wrote this article about "outdated" email. Do you know why? Because currently every country and government faces very serious problems in the field of information technology, trying to keep up with civilization, because of large-scale innovations in the field of artificial intelligence that have already appeared. And here email is merely a criterion, a verdict... obvious, simple, and clear proof of the inability and backwardness of some governments to solve even the most elementary actual problems today.
